Arctic Spas Mile High will make all chemical deliveries on the following Monday after the order is placed.
If you are placing an order from outside of what is considered to be our local delivery area, defined as 30 miles from our zipcode,
we will ship the order within 48 hours of receipt of the order, pending immediate availability of the items ordered.

You will be notified, by email, as to the status of your order regardless of the method of delivery.

We ship all orders via UPS Ground unless we are notified, by customer, of other prefered shipping method.
If you prefer Arctic Spas Mile High to ship orders via any other shipping method, simply send an email to info@arcticspasmilehigh.com, stating your preference.

RETURNS

All online sales are final and not refundable. If a product arrives damaged, please notify Arctic Spas Mile High as soon as the product is received.
